When I started The Winning Hand, I thought I was building a rental business. I pictured neatly packed tile sets, friendly pickup conversations, and maybe a few Instagram photos of pretty tablescapes.

What I didn't fully expect was the community.

Somewhere between the first rental and the hundredth question about where to find a good beginner set, I realized this was about so much more than equipment. It's about connection. It's about the texts that say, "We need a fourth — are you free Thursday?" It's about the way a simple tile game can turn a regular Tuesday into something people actually look forward to.

And now? I want to grow that.

But I can't do it well without you. So consider this both an update and an invitation.
